How long does a typical project take?
Most branding projects take 3-5 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Explainer videos typically take 2-3 weeks, and ongoing digital marketing engagements run on a monthly retainer.

Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. While we're based in Bangalore, India, over half of our client base is international, spanning the USA, Denmark and wider Europe. All meetings and reviews happen over video call, with async updates in between.
How much does a project with Fluxr Works cost?
It depends on scope. A brand identity project typically starts in the low thousands (USD), explainer videos are quoted per minute of finished footage, and digital marketing runs as a monthly retainer. Every quote is scoped and fixed upfront, no surprise invoices.
Who owns the final files and designs?
You do. Once a project is paid in full, all source files, editable design assets and final footage are handed over to you. There's no vendor lock-in, and you're free to bring the files to any other team in future.
What if I'm not happy with the first draft?
Every project includes structured revision rounds built into the scope, so feedback has a clear, expected place to go. We'd rather iterate with you until it's right than call something done that doesn't feel right to you.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Alongside our Indian clients we work with SaaS and healthcare companies across the United States, Denmark and wider Europe, and we take on projects in Germany, the Netherlands, the UAE, Australia, Singapore and Canada. Everything is delivered remotely, in English, with a working day that overlaps most of those time zones.
How do you handle time zones and communication?
Bangalore sits an hour and a half ahead of Dubai, three to five hours ahead of Europe, and our evening lines up with the American morning. You get one named point of contact rather than a rotating account team, a weekly check-in scheduled around your hours, and a written summary after every call so nothing depends on who was awake.
Can you handle a project entirely remotely?
Most of our work is delivered remotely and always has been. Interview and video shoots are run with properly configured remote setups rather than improvised ones, feedback and files live in one shared place, and approvals happen asynchronously so a five-hour gap never costs a day.
How does payment and contracting work for international clients?
We invoice in your currency where that is simpler, and we are comfortable working to your contract or ours. Projects are quoted as a flat fee against a fixed scope agreed before work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Are you compliant with GDPR and other privacy rules?
Yes. Our own site runs Google Consent Mode configured by region, so visitors from the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and the UAE are handled according to their local rules. We set the same up for client sites when marketing or analytics work is in scope.
