Our studio is in Bangalore, and most of our work is delivered remotely. Being in India is an advantage rather than an obstacle for this, because the working day overlaps usefully with almost everywhere our clients are. Here is roughly when you can expect a reply.
India
Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi. Same working day, same hours. Our office in Horamavu is open to visitors by appointment.
UAE & Middle East
Dubai and Abu Dhabi sit an hour and a half behind us, so the working day is effectively shared. Calls at any reasonable hour for either side.
Europe
Germany, the Netherlands, France, Denmark and the UK run three to five hours behind. Your morning is our afternoon, which leaves a wide window for calls and same-day replies.
United States
Our evening is your morning. We hold a standing late slot for US calls, so East and West Coast teams get a live conversation rather than overnight email.
Australia & Singapore
Sydney is four and a half hours ahead, Singapore two and a half. Our morning catches the back half of your day comfortably.
